Fire and Gasoline 2010

The DRM rocked 2010

Berlin, Saxony and Uruguay, those were the stations that helped shape the song ideas and music data. The goal: give the Deutsche Rally Meisterschaft (German Rally Championship) a blow out for the ears! And the telltale rock-like guitar sounds coming from the protagonists home studios gives the long-standing rally fans a hint: something big is going down.

After a few years break, Germany’s top rally league is speaking up musically – on full volume. Cee, who was responsible for the first released DRM song back in 2004, called up some prominent help for the project “Fire and Gasoline“: nobody less than Matt Gonzo Roehr, known for his bare-knuckle sounds as lead guitarist for the Böhsen Onkelz (and who just released his new album “Out of the Great Depression“ on Edel), wrote a glass-clear rock song for the DRM. Lina van de Mars, also know for her work on the DMAX series “Der Checker“ is on drums.
